"I think many people think of grief as this dark and lonely entity that haunts us. Which in many cases is true, but I want to focus on grief that lives with us even in the happy times. Grief isn't linear and neither is life. I think some people feel immense guilt when their grief doesn't always look crushing and haunting or broken. I wanted to highlight that.

In Victorian times Lovers Eyes were secret lovers tokens. They allowed the wearer to show their love without disclosing their loves identity. It's the secret relationship we all want to work, but never does. Always stuck in limbo of secrecy and lack of commitment."
