Shipping + Returns
We can ship to most locations worldwide, but please note that international shipments are at your own risk! We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages tampered with and/or damaged by customs. We are also not responsible for any customs and/or import fees that you may be charged for on the receiving end.
If you live in the Seattle area and would like to pick up your item, choose "Local Pickup" during checkout.
We package each item for shipping very carefully and recommend adding insurance to your package for its full value. We cannot be responsible for damage or loss due to postal delivery neglect.
Please note, All Sales Are Final. This includes artwork, prints, candles, apothecary items, jewelry, enamel pins, sale items, etc. However, if there is an issue with your order (for example if the ring you ordered doesn't fit), we will happily work with you to resolve it! On a case by case basis we may be able to offer an exchange or store credit.
