"I created this as a tribute for a friend who suddenly and untimely lost a battle with a medical condition.  I needed the space to express my feelings of grief, transmute my gratitude along with my admiration of the friendship that impacted my life so greatly.This is a small piece of the story for a friend who has ascended on. This friend I would lovingly call my moonlight and she would call me her sunshine. This image shows my original character, Kozumo cradling the moon. Kozumo’s lore is of celestial descent making this tribute hold an even deeper story, that our friendship transformed into an eclipse and that even in death we can find something beautiful."
