" Exhale explores the physical weight of emotions we carry and the instinct to release what can no longer be contained. The black dogs become vessels for grief, exhaustion, and accumulated emotional pressure, exhaling smoke as something internal is finally given somewhere to go. The work considers grief not as something that disappears, but as something we learn to breathe through, release, and carry differently."
