Lavender: Lavender is a calming agent known to decrease anxiety, stress, and even help us sleep better. The scent alone is enough to help ease the mind and bring us happier thoughts and dreams. 
Artist personal note: There is a beautiful lavender farm right by my house and I always enjoy going in the summer. It is one of the most enjoyable activities to just walk through the fields and take in the fresh smell, and greatly reduces my weekly stress.
