Trout Lily/ Native to North American forests.  Named for the mottled trout-like appearance of its leaves, trout lily bulbs are sweet and nutritious, and its green leaves are tasty as well.  It has been known to reduce fever, soothe ulcers, and act as an anti-inflammatory.
