Youb3yond is a family of creatives working across painting, photography, and writing to revise inherited stories that no longer serve who we are in this present moment.

Our tarot journey began in 2016 following a period of necessary chaos. With no formal background in tarot, we approached it as students of story. Researching its history, symbolism, and intersections with astrology. numerology, esoterism, and previous belief systems we held to be solely true. In time, just like others before us, we embodied the Prodigal Fool archetype and began constructing our own Fool’s Journey, discovering along the way a deeper insight: there is no fool and we are one. There is only a wise dreamer who fell asleep forgetting themselves to be both the dreamer and the dream.

The Tattered Tarot does not use predictive structures. It does not read time, reflect the past, or forecast outcomes. Instead, it operates as a real-time energetic mirror. Notably, there is no Fool card, there is the dreamer setting out to explore all parts of this perfectly complete dreamscape. Recurring themes of Wands, Death, and Tower surface throughout our work, pointing to transformation, creation, and necessary disruption. Our practice centers on surrender and acceptance. Our work allows for the release of conditioned identities, we have crafted space where you can go beyond you.
