Beth Henkes is a former theatrical production stage manager turned business marketing and process expert, and also owns The Idea Hound®, a consultancy focusing on process improvement and project completion in creative spaces. Magical Minis Art began in 2018 when she found herself in a small, colorless corporate workspace that inspired her to create tiny art for small spaces in an effort to liven up her surroundings.
