"These photographic projects approach grief through ecological damage, memory, and changing relationships between human bodies, trees, water, and coastal life. Masquerade of Consequences uses fishing net, plastic, and projected water to create images of entanglement and suffocation. The Last Haul documents collective fishing on the Caspian Sea coast. Whispers in the Bark V1 reflects grief, care, and environmental loss through a tree overlaid with poetic text."
