They allow you to connect to your unconscious and imagination.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003eI created my own deck to share widely the simple somatic coaching concepts, questions, advice, and possibilities that have helped my clients the most, combined with the healing, regulating, and soothing pictures of the natural world and natural things. I find solace, inspiration and joy outdoors and in nature and I love to take photos. My eye is caught by ephemeral moments, unique angles, tiny vignettes, the grand splendor of a sunset, the way a raindrop sits on a leaf, or the way layers of wood make up a fallen stump.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003eI meditated carefully on my years of collected photos until I found the ones that spoke to me and represented each of the 63 words\/concepts in the deck, which were \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003einspired by my work and experience with somatic education and coaching, Polyvagal Theory, Somatic IFS, grief counseling, and Nonviolent Communication.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eI hope you enjoy my photos and my deck!
