"Through studies of landscape and the human figure, my work explores the multiple dimensions, and often intermingled aspects of life, death, memory, space, and time. With greater inquiry into the dynamics that shape human conditions, thoughts, and emotions, my paintings seek to illuminate the sources of human expression, gesture, and nuance, through allegorical processes and commentary on the critical actions and reactions that may ultimately shape a lifetime.
